Such a nice place to stay, whether for a break or for a couple of nights before joining a cruise. Lovely, friendly pub/hotel with great staff, nothing is any trouble.

Service and room was great. But room was hot (and this is in winter) air con was locked, so you couldn't lower the temperature, which was annoying. Other than that a nice stay

The staff was super, and very attentive. The property was easy to get to and the room was well appointed. The foot was terrific and there were many options available. If we get back to Southampton again we would love to stay there again
