Amazing service

Our stay was amazing as always we use premier inn hotels and we have nothing that disappointed us clean rooms friendly staff and our evening meal and unlimited breakfast was absolutely brilliant we loved every minute of our stay and our little boy always loves staying in the hotels too

Easy staying at the Telford Central Premier Inn

Stayed at Telford Central as always clean tidy with access to breakfast/dinner at Beefeater next door if required. Easily accessible both to the railway station/road network, and to the town which is c0.75 mile (20 mins walk). Easy access with car to International Conference Centre (5 mins drive)

Flying visit!

Stopped off for the night while passing through. Could not fault the service and cleanliness was spot on. Friendly staff in both premier inn and restaurant. I have to say very surprised at how quiet it is considering there is a main road and train station right next to it.

Attending a funeral

Stayed to attend a funeral. I was very upset when I checked in due to the reason behind my stay. The receptionist was amazing and patient making me feel at ease. They also checked in on me when I returned and told me to hold on to memories. Sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you so much, it meant the world to me.

Great customer care!

After a long travel we arrived at 10pm tired and wanting to go to bed. Met by a welcoming and smiling chap who checked us in efficiently.
In the morning for breakfast we were greeted by a waitress who was very welcoming and took the time to show us where all the breakfast items were. I was very impressed. So much so that I noticed the lack of customer care in other venues/hotels we stayed at on our holiday.
Not sure what this Premier Inn are doing in terms of their customer care training or recruitment but it's working.
