It was our first visit/stay at the Golden Nugget in Biloxi..we totally enjoyed our room(s), the view we had was fantastic, especially at night!

Casino was good but as far as staying, will not happen again. During the week, restaurants close at 9, had to leave to sit down & eat.

Rooms were dirty, dust was so thick on the top of headboard. The soap scum on glass shower door looked like it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Black mildew in the tub. The mildew was very visible and overlooked during daily cleaning for sure. Toilet paper holder was broken so our toilet paper was laying on the filthy floor when we entered the room. Lid on toilet tank must of been taken from another type of toilet because it didn't even fit. Everything Looks great when you enter the casino but once you enter your overpriced room, that is where the quality changes.When checking in the hotel, the
ladies at the front desk definitely did not want to be bothered by a customer just wanting to receive their room key, so they can spend a lot of money at this casino.

It was great stay! The only thing is early in morning they were vacuuming next door. And then the people came In early being super loud. And smoking so much it woke us up and we had a non smoking room! But the other things were fantastic!

Great place to stay, had a great weekend staying at your hotel. Hopefully we will get some comps for our next stay at the Golden Nugget Hotel. Great staff and atmosphere
