The only reason this stay was enjoyable was due to Rhod. She is fantastic, going above and beyond to serve customers with a smile and a quick laugh. She is a hard worker, there wasn't a time where she wasn't cleaning, or caring for customers. Doesn't seem the type to sit idle. She is an asset to your company, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she has earned.

It was a stop over on our way home. Bathroom was horrible, shower didn’t work, looked like mold over the shower head.

It was convenient and comfortable. There were serval maintenance issues that when reported went to deaf ears. Breakfast was ok.

The property is located directly off of the I10; it was sandwiched between two lesser quality hotels which had sketchy hotel guests. The hallway to my room hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, and it is questionable if my room had been wiped down or vacuum in the last week. My shower had rotten walls and mold growing along the perimeter of the top of the shower at the shower head and down at the floor.

The walls need a lot of repair and paint. The carpet was dirty and needs replaced.
