The staff was friendly and polite. There was not an issue at all! They were doing a bit of remodeling while we were there, so appearance was a little disheveled but to be expected for remodeling and didn't negatively effect our stay at all.

David is awesome. He works at the desk. Always makes us feel welcome each time we stay. He is why we return.

Nice, Comfortable Hotel

We stayed here because we were attending a Cincinnati basketball game. It turned out to be in a great location. Close to campus, obviously, close to downtown and easy to find. There was plenty of parking for the night we were there.
I people at the front desk at both check-in and check-out were very friendly and efficient. In the evening, they quickly resolved a small problem. The room itself was fine and generally comfortable. Maybe a little dark, but we weren’t there long before going to sleep. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but that is just a personal preference. The pillows, on the other hand, were terrible. But to be fair, most pillows in most hotels are terrible.
The bathroom was very well lit and the water pressure was excellent.
The HVAC unit did a great job of keeping the room warm and wasn’t too noisy.
We would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Cincinnati for another game on campus.
Side Note: There was no acknowledgment of my being a Hilton Honors member.

The handicap accessible entrance was blocked with orange cones and yellow tape and completely snow covered. If there was an issue with this part of hotel I wish it would have been noted somewhere and I would not have booked a room. Considering the amount of snow that came down I needed to stay overnight before heading home and my adult son is in a wheelchair. I had our bags and wheelchair with him in it to lift up one step and was then asked to take a parking pass to place in my vehicle. I asked to not have to do that with current conditions.
