The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Had a good variety for breakfast with very friendly staff serving. Very satisfied with my stay.

A good value

This hotel was a good value. The rooms are a little dated but over clean. It was kind of weird that you have to go to the front desk and have them let you into the gym when there is a card reader installed on the door. The breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast.

Discrimination of minorities

The sales manager was so unkind I was shocked to learn that details of our event, including the guest list and room rates, were shared with a third party without my consent. This breach of trust is completely unacceptable to our group. During a negotiation, the sales manager made an offensive discriminatory remark about minorities she has as clients, even though it seemed to be meant as a joke, I myself (not a minority) found it very offensive. She also offered an incentive that if our group gave her 500 dollars she would be able to give us a very large discount for the rest of the year and anytime we or our group and personally booked would get an amazing discount so I agreed and gave her the money. when we went to book again she said she wasn’t aware of the agreement. So, now I’m left with feeling scammed, lied to and very manipulated and Myself, being an owner of a company I would be embarrassed by the reputation she could be giving this company and I’m sure I’m not the only one she has done this to. Being a business owner the reputation and name of your business is really everything. The first time we booked was back in 2024 and I went to schedule my discounted retreat rooms a week I decided to find another place to stay.

The lady in charge of the breakfast area was above and beyond of her job duties. She was very friendly and so very helpful.

The hotel is old, the rooms are old, the pillows are old and flat. When I called the front desk to ask for more, they weren’t sure if there were any available. The hotel was not full of guests, the parking lot had maybe 15-20 vehicles. The bathrooms were discussing, floor dirty, bathtub had hair in it and the shower head was so old it could not be adjusted. The toilet is low to the ground and hardly wanted to flush. I would NEVER stay here again!
