great stay and staff at the Elko, Nevada Holiday Inn Express & Suites

The gal at the front desk, named Leslie, completed our reservation over the phone and she also greeted us when we arrived later that afternoon. I want to express my appreciation for her wonderful attitude: she was super helpful, very welcoming and just a nice, pleasant person. Our room also was in excellent condition and all of the other staff were pleasant and welcoming.

It was a nice stop on the way from San Francisko to Salt Lake City. The service was great, the room was nice.

This hotel was conveniently located next to I-80 and food options. There were some maintenance issues in the hotel (dryer, elevator, ice machine) but our room was comfortable and clean. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff! When they saw you, they went out of their way to ask how you were doing and if you needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Breakfast, great service

Amazing service, staff had to manage a large crowd without forewarning, still were enthusiastic and helpful, amazing breakfast, best we've had from a hotel in a while, shower was better than ours at home. Sheets and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Loved the reviews from staff with local restaurant recommendations.

Great stay. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and real food. The treadmill was nice in a clean workout room.
