Our stay was averge. Room and bath were clean. Breakfast was good, nothing over the top. Noisy people in room next door. Kids yelling in hallway outside our door. I know the hotel can't control kids but this is what we experienced. Overall it was a good experience.

Poor breakfast

Though the room was okay, breakfast was extremely limited and disappointing. No milk, cereal, scrambled eggs, or bananas. Unappealing pastries, one type of yogurt. Breakfasts at other properties at this price point are typically much better than this.

Great hotel!

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are updated with nice walk in showers. Front desk staff was very helpful. It’s located in a great area close to shopping, restaurants and main roads to get to Darlington Race Track. Would highly recommend!

nice hotel, significant delays getting into a room

the hotel felt clean and new. Our room was actually surprisingly comfortable. We booked late and had to take an "accessible" room. Some of these haven't been so good...but this one was pretty normal. If anything, more spacious than other rooms. The only issue with this stay was the significant delays at check in. The poor guy (very pleasant) at the check in desk bore the brunt of this. I don't believe, though, that it was his fault. It seems that someone higher up in management had taken a lot of bookings without having the cleaning staff to have the rooms prepared. We waited over an hour to get into our room and we arrived after 4 pm. There was another (quite unhappy) couple who had driven eight hours to reach the hotel only to have to wait to get into their room. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and I've don't remember having seen anything quite like this.

I spent one night here as I was having some warranty work done on my truck in Florence. As a frequent traveler once I arrive at a property the first think I will take notice of is the property grounds and maintenance. The hotel grounds didn't have any trash on the ground and was very well policed up and nicely kept. So many times, you'll pull up and you'll see trash on the ground, cigarette butts on the ground and trash cans that haven't been emptied, not here. The hotel is located with many other chain hotels in a really nice and safe area. Rooms are clean, well maintained and are the standard hotel rooms. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. This hotel was the better option concerning price as the others I looked at were way more expensive.
