I have stayed here a few times and it is always great. I am able to cook a bit in the kitchenette, it is clean and the rooms are spacious. It is pricey but is within walking distance of family and some great restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop.

Would I stay here again, yes, but I'd ask for a room away from the street, major street noise. I'd also bring my own pillow, the hotels pillows are pitiful. Other than that, the room was great, the staff were friendly.

We had a good stay here. A little pricey but was very clean. Breakfast was okay, not 5 star. Attendants needed to faster, food ran out several times. Toaster ovens and Toaster didnt work. We had to pay to park our car on site and it wasn't secure parking which if you pay it should be. Overall stay was good.

Very poor customer service. Hangs up on guests. Will not provide items missing from room.

I’m in town twice a month and often stay here while in town. Tonight after 11 hours of travel and finally checking in and getting up to my room and undressed and ready for bed, I realize there is no TV remote. Call the office and he says there should be one so no one can bring me one. I said I am no longer dressed to return to the lobby. If there should be a remote and there’s not, then it shouldn’t be an issue for someone to bring me one. He said his engineer was gone for the day (which seems unnecessary for a remote drop off.) He hung up on me and then when I tried to call the desk again, he ignored my call. I simply expecting my room to have the things it is supposed to have and just like anyone else, want to be able to relax after a long day of travel. I’ve stayed here many times but never will again after such rude disrespectful treatment. I have nearly a million points left to burn and will no longer be staying with Hilton. It’s becoming a frequent occurrence to be treated with total disregard when staying with them. They seem to forget they’re in the hospitality industry. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. This past year I’ve been discovering lots of far nicer local options for very comparable price and far better service.

The hotel gave my room away after I checked in online. They replaced the room with a room with 1 bed when I needed 2. They did not try to make it right, but hotels.com did.
