The continental breakfast was decent. The quality of the the TV picture in the room was so bad (dark with no way of accessing the settings) that we could barely watch anything on it. The USB port on the desk didn't work, but we did find on on the back of the TV we were able to use.

Took granddaughters on a weekend shopping outing and the room was awesome. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved the closet space.

Great location next to mall and surrounded by shopping centers and places to eat , all walkable, 40 minutes from Nashville!

We were only there for a short time but everything was nice. The staff was very friendly & the rooms was very clean. There was an incident that happened (nothing to do with the hotel or staff) & the General Manager handled it so well. She went above and beyond for my family & others. We are so appreciative.
