Near the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Old residence that lacks maintenance. Tiny shower with little pressure. In our room(4A), no table with chairs, power outlets not all working well.

A little upgrade from camping.
The place is truly run down. Our room was renovated but my 12 year old would have done that job. Definitely rushed, no attention to details.
Outside needs a lot of fix up, construction material and trash in the back
Now the location was great. Short walk from the beach and 20min walk from main Street. We enjoyed that a lot.
Check-in was easy but you will not see anyone. No breakfast. No instructions for wifi. Nothing, bare bones!

The contact person, Peter, was very nice and efficient, but that’s where the positive ends. The place itself needs A LOT of work, yet we were told our unit had recently been renovated. The bathroom couldn’t have been part of that renovation; the shower stall and shower head were covered in black mold. The wall in the bathroom had mold all over it, and it was partially covered with a plastic cover. The bed was very uncomfortable. The furniture was oversized for the size of the room, and it was very dated. The small refrigerator had duct tape inside where the rail for holding drinks in the door would have been. The renovations were paint and new flooring, but even those were done in a haphazard manner. We booked this based on positive reviews so I feel a HUGE obligation to others to let them know what to expect. I would not recommend this place at all.

It’s literally a dump. Seriously.

It’s literally a dump.
They have multiple abandoned cars, boats, trailers, RVs, etc… sitting in their parking lot. They treat their yard as though it were a junkyard. Vagrants have been reported picking through the refuse. It’s unsafe.
Weeds everywhere. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to stay here.
