Beautiful hotel in a great location

We had a five star experience at Winslow’s bungalows. Great location a few blocks from Duval street but it was very peaceful and quiet onsite. The rooms are situated in multiple buildings around the site and they have three pools and a bar. The grounds are lush and well maintained. We were in the annex building across Elizabeth st. but still close to all amenities plus our pool felt very private. Rooms were nicely appointed. The onsite bar was a plus as was the continental breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and informative. They provide onsite parking for a fee which was not excessive.

Beautiful .... But....

Beautiful .... But only one flaw, which compared to other hotels in key West does not have a heated pool. Otherwise it is a fairytale place. Breathe in the true colonial atmosphere of the keys. Very nice room with small private courtyard with lots of privacy. Large and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All beautiful!!!

Bugs in Room!!!

There were bugs in my room, in my bed and in the bathroom!!! They did not offer to change my room or compensate me. They claim they came to deal with it. I don’t know. I left the next day. Many other poor issues from no coffee or milk to cardboard cinnamon rolls to poor check in experience. Stay away!!!

Prime location and property

This was a great place to stay. The location was excellent, convenient walking distance to all sites. The grounds are beautiful, and despite being on US 1, they are quiet. We stayed in a bungalow and enjoyed the privacy. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. It is an older property, so some of the original touches are there (such as original tile in the bathroom floor, a bit chipped and stained but led to character of the place). The breakfast was excellent, bar and pools great. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Amazing

This place is so quaint and adorable. It’s got an old Florida feel to you. The rooms were perfect. Our room was right in front of one of the pools. We had the pool to ourselves for two days. The pool was 89 degrees!
Each little bungalow was cuter than the next.
Our desk clerk (Richard). Was so nice and helpful checking in and out.
The breakfast was pretty good. The breakfast bar was nestled in between the bungalows.
It was just so perfect!
The location was also awesome. Close enough to walk to everything but not so close that you heard the late night parties!
I highly recommend Winslows Bungalow’s!
We will return.
