Everything was great except the tub draining really slow. The front desk girl was really personable & nice to talk to.

I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!

You get exactly what you pay for. I didn’t like the layout of the hotel. It gave selection 8 apartment vibes. The rooms were very big & spacious but that’s about it. Have had dead bugs & flies everywhere when in the lobby! Dirty used rags. Raggedy dirty tub. Stains all over curtains & bedding cover. Hotel phone doesn’t work! And OMG last but not least the highlight of the night was the BED BUG crawling on top of my covers while I was laying down. That was the last straw, I immediately when to the front desk to show photos and ask for a full refunded. There was a darkskin lady late 30’s that tried to put me in a different room and claimed that she didn’t think that the manager would refund it (which I don’t know why she even said that cause I definitely would’ve raised hell that night if she didn’t. But thankfully the manager did refund it, she was super apologetic. Lesson learn stick to Marriott & Hilton hotels!!!! I’m so disgusted and disappointed. My trip to Philadelphia was ruined.

Room across from ours opened as we came in and billows of pot smoke came out of room. Shower head sprayed water past shower curtain onto floor. Furniture in closet no hangers. Sound of heavy footsteps and running most of night above our room. Additional charges at checkin. Breakfast choices very limited.

Non smoking smell like cigarettes, the door knob was loose the draw missing, the bed is uncomfortable, the sheet have stain on them

The propriety is fine with good cleanliness. The appliances are fine tuning. However, the walls are very thin, you can hear everything!! The people walking upstairs, flushing the toilets, hamming of the refrigerator. The bed is not comfortable, curved into the middle. I could not get a real good night of sleep. And they charge parking for their parking spots.
