When we arrived, we were eagerly welcomed by very friendly staff. After checking into our Victorian Suite, we were disappointed that the photos we saw did not match our room. We quickly returned to the front desk to see what could be done about this. We showed the gentleman pictures of what we expected, he apologized and upgraded us to a suite on the 6th floor without hesitation. So, we did in fact get a room that exceeded our expectations!
Edgar, who is in maintenance, was ever so helpful and kind. He helped us carry our luggage from the elevator to our room.
The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our room was spacious, especially given our week long stay.
We paid for valet service for our vehicle. The garage is underneath the hotel, which was a plus given parking services nearby were in an open lot/ parking garage. I will say the valet service was a bit expensive at $43 a night, but it was worth it as our vehicle remained in a safe area and we were not worried about it our entire trip!
Overall, I highly recommend! We hope to return for a second trip soon.

I liked it. The room was neat and tidy, bed is comfy, and the bathroom is spotless. Overall it was pretty good.

This hotel is beautiful. It's so quaint and cozy. The staff were very professional and accommodating. We stayed because we were working in the area, but we will definitely be back for a getaway. It's best to pay for Valet because parking in the area is scarce.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff however, I felt a little catfished since the hotels.com photo showed a renovated shower and my room did NOT have a renovated shower.

Really nice hotel, and very friendly staff. My room was excellent, but poor lighting. The room was also directly over the building entrance, so it was not possible to bring in natural light without allowing people to see directly into the room.
