Terrible stay.

I cannot compliment this hotel on anything. The carpet is old and stained, there are no curtains in the rooms to block out sunlight ( just a sheer blind) so if you are a light sleeper , when the sun comes up you are woken up by it so don't plan on sleeping in, the indoor pool was closed, and there were roaches on the breakfast counter. I will never stay here again!!!

We are also deeply concerned about your report regarding cleanliness at breakfast. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for us, and we take any concerns about pests very seriously. Please know that we are immediately addressing this issue with our pest control provider to ensure our dining area remains sanitary and up to standard.
We truly regret that your stay was not a positive one, and we understand your decision not to return. However, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Last minute booking. Affordable but the room we stayed in was a dirty and had the old sock smell. The pool was closed, which we didn't find out until after the booking.
The wall HVAC units need to be addressed also, the air quality after you use them is equivalent to Dante's peak after a volcanic eruption.

Overall the property, from the moment pulling into the parking lot to the moment we checked out, gave a distinct run down feel. The carpets were obviously stained and worn, bathroom and elevator floors were sticky, pool was closed for maintenance (and looked like it had been for some time), trash cans were overflowing and never emptied, and the smoke free hotel obviously had people smoking marijuana in it at night.

Room confusion trying to sort out front desk personnel was absolutely rude, and unkind. We will not be sending our employees here ever again.

There were Roaches in the one room and when I was moved to the next room, more Roaches! I was given a refund and still have not seen it reflect on my card. I was told that I had to contact Hotels.com
