Great place, very big and spacious rooms. A bit far from the beach but it’s easy to get there by car or motorcycle.

please just choose another expensive one. Because that room was not cleaned, also bedsheets,blankets has big spots. Afternoon I told them j wanna change them, but in evening tgey said their restock room hasn’t blanket and tgey gave us bedsheets. Unfortunately that bedsheets is also dirty. In Room has a lot small things like a mosquito or something.
Bus stop is so far away from hotel you need to always catch a taxi or looong walk. I don’t recommend that to anyone. Just go near to danang downtown or beach.

Cheap price coupled with cheap quality

Do not go here. It looks nothing like in the pictures. First the rooms are filled with mould. And I mean filled. There are yellow stains on the walls and bedsheets. This is a well built hotel that has not been maintained whatsoever.
They advertise a pool, but there is no lighting at night. Pitch Black. Their breakfast restaurant looks like it's been closed for renovations for years. Everything is packed up and clearly not going to be put into use anytime soon.

A lot needs to be done before this becomes a pleasant experience

The rooms are acceptable for a budget hotel that has clearly seen better days. Many facilities need fresh paint and a deep cleaning. As a frequent traveler, I can tolerate shortcomings, but housekeeping barely spends a few minutes cleaning, and there are small ants everywhere—suggesting a hidden food source.
While I had a good sleep, walking barefoot left my feet black with dirt. The so-called amenities are non-existent, aside from two bottles of water. This is not a good experience.
Management, start with the basics: deep clean the entire hotel. Focus on overlooked areas above 1.5m—give staff ladders, proper training, enough time, and fair pay. The issue is not the staff, but management’s failure.
Also, be honest in your listings. If you once earned four stars, you need to earn them again before making such claims.

The name doesn't match the reality. The room needs of renovation. ➖
The quality of cleaning should be improved. ➖
The beds are really big and the view is good. ➕
The pillows are uncomfortable.➖
They have stairs in front of the hotel and I want to thank the person who helped me with my luggage. ➕
It’s okay for one night.
