Save and stay here.

Stay here! I stayed a full week April 1-7 and each day was so happy. The bellmen to the front desk were so happy it was contagious. The room I was happy with everyday. It had a large window to the street. You can hear some noise but nothing you wouldn’t expect. Bar life a little louder on weekends. I didn’t need my earplugs. Housekeeping gets an A+. Rooftop bar was nice and cheerful service there too. We enjoyed the fruit and coffee each morning, most days with an egg fixed to order. English speaking was not an issue at this location.

The hotel staff provided excellent service with great enthusiasm to serve customers. However, its lack of facilities and fair variety of food in breakfast buffet, together with the fair food quality disappointed me a bit.

The staffs are super nice. They are showing what we could see in Hanoi. Even they will walk with you if you cannot communicate with them on how to go this and that places. The receptionist is really good in English!

Perfect stay with great people

Great hostel, great people, great breakfast. It was perfect thank you !!
The hotel is based on the center close to the park. It's super clean and rooms are perfect.
The breakfast is varied with fruit vegetables eggs and many others things.

Very comfortable stay and excellent staff

We had an excellent stay at Bonsella hotel and would recommend to anyone looking to be close to all the tourists spots and old quarter but slightly outside of the busiest areas too.
The staff is the true highlight here, extremely attentive, smiley and friendly.
The breakfast is of great quality too with a mix of Western and Asian food and the made to order food is delicious and quick to arrive.
The bedroom and the bed are extremely comfortable and the shower very roomy
