Located in Victoria Falls, PheZulu Guest Lodge is in the suburbs. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Victoria Falls and Victoria Falls National Park, while Victoria Falls Field Museum and Maramba Cultural Museum are cultural highlights. While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including a hydromassage showerhead and free WiFi, as well as a coffee/tea maker and a garden. Other amenities include laundry facilities, towels, an electric kettle, and tour/ticket assistance.

Staff are kind
I stayed two nights. When I emailed them to pick me up from the airport to the hotel, they replied quickly and I thought it was a trustworthy hotel before I stayed, but it was a great hotel that didn't disappoint me.
Tea and coffee are available in the lobby and you can drink whatever you want. There is also a water dispenser, so there is no trouble drinking water.
There's a bar where you can drink local beer and wine for about $4.
There was no solid soap and tissue paper in the room. There was a fixed shower corner with no divider and a bathtub with a hand shower, but the bathtub had poor drainage and the fixed shower was easier to use.
The first breakfast was gorgeous with roast beef and doughnuts, but the second time it was normal. Maybe it was because it was New Year's Day.
The staff were very friendly and when the suitcase lock broke for the companion, I consulted the hotel staff and they were kind enough to help me solve the problem.
If I asked you to drive from the hotel to the city, you could call a car and it's $5 to the city.
They arranged for $15 per person from the airport to the hotel and $17 per person from the hotel to the airport.
I want to revisit it when I go to Victoria Falls again.

We do provide toilet paper in all our rooms as well as liquid soap, conditioning shampoo, Body lotion and insect repellent lotion. As part of our efforts to reduce waste and be more eco friendly we do not put the individually packaged soaps into the rooms. We do have a small amount of stock on hand should you require some solid soap.

Beautiful little lodge hotel
Beautiful lodge in semi rural location. Rooms basic but gorgeous. Mosquito nets around the bed. Walk in shower, full width of bathroom. Polished concrete floors with loose rugs. Lovely little pool with around a dozen sunbeds. Food was OK with good choice. Breakfast included

My experience at PHEZULU was outstanding! The staff are friendly with exceptional people skills. Reception staff, waiters & chefs ensured my stay was comfortable & enjoyable. 4* doesn't pull....
The staff is friendly, the location is not bad if you like to walk then Victoria Falls is 30 minutes on foot. The minuses of the hotel are old, towels with holes, blankets no sleep under the sheet and blankets hard also in holes, from the bathroom the water does not leave the sewer is clogged, in general cleaned every day. There's a pool, breakfasts are modest.

Very pretty guesthouse but terrible airport transfer
The rooms are beautiful and located in a lovingly maintained garden. The food is good and visually very nicely arranged but could be richer. The staff is friendly and always eager to fulfill wishes. The only negative point was the departure. We had booked the airport transfer, which had apparently gone down. Upon request, it was then organized in a group transport. We were informed that the pick-up should be 1.5 hours before departure. Even on multiple demand underside was assured that the would be completely sufficient. As a result, we almost missed the flight and were only able to reach the plane through the already closed gate with persuasiveness and sporting commitment. This has taken a lot of nerves and permanently damaged the otherwise good impression of the guesthouse. The whole thing to save some money on the part of the lodge for transportation is completely inappropriate.
